What time can I check-in?
Check-in starts at 16:00.
Arriving earlier? We’ll check if your room is ready, and try to give you an early check-in if possible.
Otherwise, you can store your luggage, enjoy a free coffee in our lobby and come back later to complete the check-in.
Until what time can I check-in?
We’re open for check-in 24/7. You’re welcome anytime, even if you’re arriving late.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00.
Need more time? We offer a late check-out until 14:00 for EUR 20, subject to availability. Let reception know in advance to arrange it.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have a parking garage, but spots are limited.
A parking spot is EUR 20 per night and can be reserved in advance by sending an email to: rotterdam@teleporthotel.nl.
Before you can park your car, you must the visit reception first to complete the payment, after which you’ll be given access to the garage.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, WiFi is available in your room and in the common area.

Can I store my luggage?
Yes, you can store your luggage with us free of charge before check-in and after check-out.
Note: Rotterdam Teleport Hotel is not responsible for loss of or damage to your luggage.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, we offer a continental breakfast buffet for EUR 16 per person (EUR 8 for children under 13).
Breakfast is served from 7:00–11:00 on weekdays, and 8:00–12:00 on weekends.
Do your rooms have air conditioning?
No, but we can provide a fan upon request, subject to availability.
Will my room be cleaned during my stay?
We provide light cleaning every day, including vacuuming, emptying trash bins, restocking toiletries, and replacing towels (if left on the floor).
Bed linens are changed every 3 nights.
Is the hotel accessible by public transportation?
Rotterdam Teleport Hotel is easily accessible by public transport.
From Rotterdam Central Station, you can either walk or take the tram:
How do I get to the city center?
By foot: The city center is reachable by foot. From the hotel, it’s a 15-minute walk.
By public transport: Take tram 25 (the one going to the left, direction „Carnisselande“) from the stop right outside the hotel. Get off at „Beurs“ (5 stops).
Where can we have lunch and dinner?
We don’t serve lunch or dinner, but there are great options nearby. Our recommendations (all within a 5-minute walk):
Can I request an extra bed?
We can’t add an extra bed, but we offer room types for 1 to 8 guests. Whatever your group size, we’ve got a room for you!
Can I pay in cash?
No, we are a cashless hotel, so please bring your debit or credit card.
Do you offer laundry services?
We don’t have laundry services on-site, but you can do your laundry at:
Het Waspunt is a self-service laundromat. This location is just a 10-minute walk away from the hotel!
Can you help arrange something special?
Absolutely! Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or some other special occasion, we’d love to help.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside or around the hotel. A fine of EUR 100 applies for smoking in rooms, and EUR 200 if the smoke detector is tampered with.
However, there’s a park right in front of the hotel where you can smoke.
